Default Pro Tools license not deposited with a new Subscription

I just purchased and downloaded PT one year subscription.

Downloaded and installed PT and the Plug-ins. I can see all the plugins on iLok Manager but not PT itself. I cannot activate PT.

IOS10.15.6

Wondering what I am missing...

thanks in advance

Thanks for the info! I've forwarded this to the licensing team.

I have the excact same problem. But it is impossible to reach anyone, since the support system to Avid is what it is. Been struggling for days with this issue, without getting any answers from anyone. Hope they solve this quickly as this is a major problem.

Did you open a case in the support portal? They got on this pretty quick. Especially after putting the case# in this conversation...

Default Re: Pro Tools license not deposited with a new Subscription

I'm also having the exact same problem. Bought the subscription on the 1st of January and it still hasn't been deposited into my account. I received the plug-ins but not the actual subscription itself. I've never had any problems with this before so it's a bit confusing? Any ideas as to why this might be happening?

I've opened a case already (#04089270) and haven't had any responses for the last couple of days.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated

Why are you losing clients when you can download the Trial version if PTU and just keep working? It’s a 5 min thing.

Hi This should be all set now. Please check your iLok License manager and let us know if the license is still not present.

Thank you,
-Tope
