i don't know which part cause this problem, autotune itself? the compitable between autotune and protools?

i was installed autotune evo yesterday, and i started to use it today for vocal tuning, but i found it's not solid enough, it made protools crashed when i using the graphic mode, i modified something then playback and modified again then playback,and repeat countinously. when i do like this, AT always made PT crashed. especially when i use the tool with a waveform icon.

i was trying to remove the pref but it won't change.

my Mac : Mac Pro/ osx 10.5.6 / protools hd3 7.4.2

Hi,

TDM or RTAS?

I have had crashes with RTAS versions!

Do you have any crash logs?

Same here with Evo RTAS.
Since AT5 I'm having lots of crashes when editing in graphic. This force me to save the session every single correction. This morning was a nightmare, 4 crashes !!!

No problem, just use TDM which sounds better anyway. Zero crashes here with AT 6.0.6 TDM

Hi,

I reported and send a crash log to Antares! and they have been very responsive and would be interested in any information and crash logs. so if you can send details and crash logs to Antares support.

same problem here. The crash does always happen when using the undo (control+z) function.

Could someone confirm this:

I think I'm very sure about saying that as soon as you change the default buffer size from 240 to let's say 400 AT will crash ProTools sooner or later.
I worked with AutoTune now for 4 days straight and everytime I made the buffer bigger AT will crash.
