Hi cvicente22,

I’m in the same predicament. I have 3 PT licenses, an Ultimate Perpetual that I haven’t activated yet, an active PT Perpetual Bundle (PT Studio, PT12, PT11, PT10), and a nonactive PT Studio Perpetual that was attached to my Carbon. The license that was attached to my carbon is now missing from the My Products page. It’s still showing on my ilok, but I want to make sure that there won’t be any issues when try to reactivate it in the future. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi alberti1,

There hasn't been any changes when it comes to Pro Tools | Carbon licensing renewal. You should still have access to renew it anytime as it doesn't have any some sort of grace period. You should be able to renew it using "Pro Tools | Carbon™ PT Software Renewal" and we are also fixing the option on purchasing the renewal directly from your View My Products page under LRE-10551.

Thanks for the info. The license is now showing again on the My Products Page. I’m also glad you guys are going to make the Renewal process easier in the future.
