Cannot Access my Avid Account

Hi there,

I have a problem. A pretty stupid mistake, never the less a problem..

when i created my avid account, i entered the wrong email address.
When i tried to log back into my avid account it would not allow me access.
I attempted a few password resets only to realize that my new password has been sent to an email address that does not exist.

this means that i cannot access my pro tools 11 to download.
I know my username, but my password is in limbo.

How can I access my account?


Please, any kind of help would be awesome.

I sent you an email with some questions that will help us resolve this.

I am having the exact same issue, an old email address that is no longer active is associated with my avid account and I cannot access the password recovery email as a result. Please can you help me.

Please contact Avid support by phone or through the registration case page here:
http://avid.force.com/Support/RegistrationCaseCreation

Put this in the Subject field:
Avid Account Email Address

You don't need to purchase an ASC (Avid Support Code) to contact Avid about registration issues or your Avid account.
