How to contact Apple?
I've got a sound file incompatibility problem (see previous recent posts) that only happens with a G4 with OSX and doesn't happen on a G3 running the same OS and doesn't happen on any Mac running 9.2 or 8.6. No one (including Digi) is familiar with the problem or has a solution. This is obviously something for Apple to deal with in a future OS update. I've never had much luck contacting any actual human being at Apple, either by phone or internet. Anybody know how to contact the right people at Apple about this?

Re: How to contact Apple?
I still don't know how you would ever get to talk to a real live human being of appropriate qualifications at Apple, but I did finally manage to find the right page on their site for sending a bug report. I'll let ya know if there's any constructive follow-up.
