Default Copy/Paste error with large amount of data

Hello all,
I am getting a strange error when I try to copy paste a large amount of data in one of my session.
It happen in a session containing about 90 tracks (83 voices and some Aux), when I try to copy paste all these tracks.

The error is "Some automation parameters in the clipboard do not match the paste destination".

But it doesn't make sense, because if I copy less tracks, the problem doesn't happen. It only happen I am copyng "too much" tracks (more than 30).

I have try to take out each tracks one by one of the copy process, and it doesn't seem to be related to a particular track.

I have some other sessions with a similar configuration, and the problem doesn't happen...

If someone have an idea or already meet this kind of problem, I would be pleased to hear it ! Thanks !

Regards
Yoann

Hi,

Only time i have seen this is when i accidently try to drop the wrong regions onto the tracks? like i mis-aligned the paste destination and tried to copy on the tracks below or above.

Just check you aren't accidently doing this.

In fact my problem is not exactly the same, because I am not copying data from one track to another, but from a track to the same track, in "Group All" (that why crizdee's proposition, which should work when this message prompt up, doesn't work here).

So it's not the same problem, but it sound like it is similar.
So I focus on EQ3, and removed each EQIII, one by one on each track and look what happen each time I removed one.

And I discover that if I remove an EQIII from a 5.0 Aux track, my problem disapeared !
My problem was caused by this EQ3, which seems corrupted
.
So I have deleted it, then recreate the plug and its automation, and now everything is fine...

Thanks Frank Kruse

Yoann

(and sorry for my approximate english)
