Mbox mini 3 not recognized by my computer

I recently purchased a Mbox Mini 3 a couple weeks ago, it was working fine for a week or so, now it is not being recognized by my computer which is a lenovo Thinkcentre running on wins 7 with pro tools 8.
I already tried reinstalling the most up to date drivers, I tried reinstalling pro tools but still nothing I would really appreciate some help.

Unplug the Mbox and run the 8.0.5 updater. Reconnect when the installer asks for it. If this does not work, you will need to uninstall(using the uninstaller that is included with the LE8 download or disk) and re-install from scratch. If you do this, run the LE8 installer and DO NOT connect the Mbox when asked. Just click on Okay, let it finish and reboot. Then, run the 8.0.5 updater, and DO connect the interface when asked to. Also, remember, if any "New Hardware Found" windows pop up on the screen DO NOT click on them at all. Just ignore them
