Default Trackball response slows down with higher track count

Anyone else have this issue?

We are using a Kensington Turbo Mouse Pro trackball on our dCommand system. With low track counts, the cursor tracks normally. With higher track counts, the response gets extremely slow especially when moving to the left. We did not have this problem before installing the dCommand.
