Default Avid support

Hi All,
Does anyone know if Avid support has been put on ice during this takeover business. I have an open support case and all communication has been dead for 3 weeks. Any ideas?

That's what I'm interested in, too. Also after clicking on "Create Case Response" it gives me an error in red window: "Failed - Error occured while creating a Case Response, Please contact System Administrator". Something is not working correctly.

Hello! Can you try a different browser and if you encounter the same issue can you send a screenshot?

Hello, I'm using Vivaldi and the problem is with the ticket 04648922, I've added the response but the ticket did not reopened, it's still closed. Maybe that is the problem with the error mentioned.
