error 5000 unable verifying author? on pro tools

Every time i log onto pro tools i get this error and it seems to pop up when its loading and gets to the bomb plug ins,i tried almost everything including unlocking read and writes ,i only got 1 main h.d i tried reinstalling same thing whats the problem can somebody be of help!

You tried reinstalling WHAT?? Pro Tools ? or the BF plugs ?

And to know more about your system will really help. Via: computer<OS<PT platform<version<etc....

COMPUTER MAC OS X 10 3.4(meaning i tried reinstalling bomb plugins and pro tools le 6.4 was still no luck)But guess what I just fixed the problem had to go to ilok and download the latest key to verify software! That was the problem for the error 5000 (what do you know i figured that one out.)

Now when i first brought the pro tool program to restart a bomb plug verification window came on to use the demo to try it for 30 days or authorize,i thought the mbox comes with this bundle for free? Now maybe its a key problem we shall see in 30 days! THANX INFA 4 the info and help!!!

Yeah,, well good news (at least so far) -- Let me know how it goes..

But as far as the demo/14 day thing, When you went to ilok to authorize the plug ins, it should tell you that you are authorizing a 14 day demo, or a permenent authorization. At anytime, you can also go to your "account" section at ilok.com and see what is authorized and for how long, etc.... So you may wanna check on that...

Also depending on exactly what system you bought, will decide on which plug ins came for free. But I do think pretty much ALL systems came with the free BF plugs EXCEPT the bare bones MBox package --

And when you first install all this, you have to set up an account with ilok, register your ilok with them, authorize all the plugs you got/bought and then it should be good to go....
