Default What is my Pro Tools HD 11.0 (no contract)?

Jeffro, can you tell me what this means?

I bought a used Pro Tools HD|native PCIe card and we did the "transfer of ownership".

In my Avid account the license from my purchase reads:

Pro Tools HD 11.0 (no contract)
AND, most importantly:
There is no "open field" where I could use my reinstatement code?

Previously, I bought TWO reinstatement codes from RSPE, neither of which I have used to date.

Thank you in advance for any information/direction that anyone can provide.

Jeffro is no longer here.

Other folks are reporting the same problem: see https://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t=425949

As there, a good option for you is to go back to the reseller who sold this to you, they'll either already know how to solve this or they can help you open a support case with Avid.

Hopefully Charles (cvicente22) or or the other Avid folks here will find this and be able to help out as well.

Hey

I am escalating this to Avid support and they will respond via email or via a created support ticket.

All the best

Hi there!

We are currently working on having an option to legacy license owners (Pro Tools 9, 10 and 11) to have an option to redeem a Pro Tools Perpetual upgrade.

For some reason I can't check your record, but if you can DM me your MyAvid account I can create a case for you so we can inform you right away once the upgrade option is available.

Regards,
Charles
