Default Odd message in Account

I just went into my Account to download 2022.5 and got the following message - "Upgrade and Support is ending soon - Pro Tools | Carbon".

Well, I have two copies of PT Perpetual, both in support, one ends Sept 2022 and the other April 2023. So what does this message mean?

When I click on "Update" as prompted, it doesn't take me anywhere where I can do anything.
