Default D-Control Talkback to Studio Speakers

Am I missing something? Is there a way to send the Talkback to the Studio Speakers without turning them manually on each time? I want them off so that there is no feedback and then just momentarily on and dimmed while I am hitting the talkback - you know like most consoles can do.

Thanks,

Buddy
