Default CPU Maxing out

I have a few dozen songs I am working on.

On only one of them the CPU maxes out after 20 seconds or so to about 95%. This is displayed on the System Usage window in Pro Tools as well as the Task Manager window in the OS. I cannot perform any more work on this file under these circumstances.
