Default Printing track with plugins & latency?

Does it record properly or will I have to move the printed track back the number of samples it is latent? I do move certain track back and forth based on latency now in order to line them up after plugins are set on the track BUT I am wondering what happens if I aux them and print them on a seperate track....

Make sense?
