Default OT: Could I be maxing out my system RAM-wise?

If I'm running Adobe Photoshop CS, Adobe Illustrator CS, Macromedia Flash MX 2004 Pro, MS Visual Studio .NET 2004 and 8 instances of Internet Explorer, could I be maxing out my system RAM-wise?

Are you having lag problems? If so, then yes you are. Thats alot of CPU heavy programs.

Windows Task Manager will give you plenty of information on actual memory utilization, much better than asking here for guesswork.
