Exclamation PT 8 and M-Audio Uno

Hi.

I've bought a microkorg, m-audio uno along with PT8 and after I install it, it tries to search for the hardware and it doesn't recognise it with it turned on and connected to the PC.

Does it not work for PT8? It works on reason 3.0 fine.

Any help would be great,
Thanks.

A qualified M-Audio hardware interface is required to use Pro Tools M-Powered software.

Pro Tools needs an audio interface to run. The M-Audio UNO is just a MIDI device, not an audio interface, and would not be on the list.

From the list that I gave you, the Jamlab is probably the cheapest at $60.

Keep in mind, if you want to record vocals, or anything else using a microphone, you're going to need a different interface.
