Metropolis Records I think is the biggest one.
Then there are smaller named ones like Cold Meat Industry, Cleopatra records. Trent Reznor also has a label, I think its nothing records, not sure..

Yes, Trent Reznor has a label called nothing.
Cleopatra Records is a great indie label for industrial-goth-electronic, I have signed two songs to them (check out my site for more info!
I would say NIN is not exactly mainstream but pretty popular. Prodigy? Whatever happened to them since 1997???

nin and many WARP records artists are being distributed thru Nothing records on their site is a PO Box to send demo`s

Wax Trax (not alive anymore i think) but still found under TVT records (nin`s first label) has juno-reactor

prodigy is on Maverick

Cleopatra records is an underground goth/industrial label in Los Angeles

many labels now are open for any kind of music , specially electronic stuff as it is fashion to do that sort of stuff.
Roadrunner has many electro labels .....
