What is the most simple way to upgrade from native to HD?

Money and lots of it. HD Native (Thunderbolt box or pcie) and Avid Omni interface are currently about $5000 US from Sweetwater. You can't just buy the HD software from Avid and license asset transfers are no more for PT10 or PT11.

Or look at ebay for an ilok license for PT 10/11 HD, one reliable sellers name starts with "dm...".

Except Avid is no longer allowing HD license transfers any more.
