Need Pro Tools M-Powered v.8.0.1

Hi All,

I have just brough a M-Audio Fast Track Pro and did not realise that the later versions of Pro Tools will not run on the PowerPC processor which I have and from what I've read M-Powered v.8.0.1 will work on my machine so if someone could let me know where I can get hold of this version that would be great!

Did your FT Pro come with M-Powered Essential 8 or the full M-Powered 8? If it's the former, I don't believe there is any version of M-Powered Essential that runs on PPC. If it's the full M-Powered 8, you might be able to find a disc on ebay or maybe someone on here.

The FastTrack Pro I bought only came with SE but its v8.0.3 and will not run on PPC however I found a compatibility table on Avids website which says that M-Powered v8.0 and 8.0.1 will run on PowerPC but 8.0.3 will not as from then Avid dropped PPC support. I have had a look on Ebay but I cannot be sure exactly what version it is as no one states in their descriptions and the new install discs which are sold now are v8.0.3 which will not work.

Anybody have this version and want to sell? Or know where I can get hold of it?
