001 to 002?

I'm currently using a 001 with version 6 software. If I decided to upgrade both (it's likely), will I have any problems migrating material I'm working to the 002 and new software?

I don't believe you should. Your plug-ins will still work, and all your projects from 6 will come up fine in 7. I think those are the main things you're talking about. Good luck!
