Shouldn't every evening after you finish work be backup time?
Granted I'm sure our less critical iPad's and iPhone's get backed up much less, so bi weekly is probably a good plan. Always a good reminder. Thanks

Retrospect is back from the dead:
http://www.retrospect.com/ I've been very happy with version 10. Crashplan, and the astonishingly fast Arq/Amazon Glacier are also in my paranoid mix of offsite and onsite backup strategies.
