Default antares autotune used as an audiosuite plugin

anyone have a problem with antares autotune when using as an audiosuite plugin ? causing the spinning beachball of death . after using to correct a vocal track with several edits pro tools 7.1cs2 crashes. i have a mac tiger dual 2.0 with 2.5 gigs of ram. had the same problem with a mac panther 1.8 with 4 gigs of ram. thought it was the single processor in the mac so upgraded to the dual 2.0 tiger but problem still there. thanks
