Default Feature Request: Trigger 'anything' with MIDI CC messages

Yo Developers

1) Sketch looks genuinely useful. Nice.

2) What did Ableton ever do to you ? This (almost) replaces Live (see #3), and it's essentially free.

3) It would be very useful to be able to assign anything mouse clickable to a MIDI CC number (e.g. Footswitch / Pad triggering).

2 - The barrier to Pro Tools is very high, and mostly Pro Tools have experienced users, and probably lose younger one

3) Seems like something they'd hope people working with the new SDK would develop. Some things are possible with SoundFlow, but it's had uneven results with my experience, and those seems to have to do with the age or subset of the function. Also, MIDI CCs seem a little inefficient for this purpose. Certainly MIDI messages of some sort (note on/off, program changes, CCs) or OSC commands might work, but for a simple click (or Toggle) a full CC might be overkill. I do agree that I'd like to see more of the mouse-click-required functions (at least the Menus, checkboxes, etc) able to be assigned to some remote protocol (Key Commands, EuCon, whatever) and it seems like some progress is being made there, but not everything yet.
