Default Do audiosuite plug-ins add latency?

If not, would it be a good idea to process all rtas plugs with the audiosuite equivalents? Would it make a clearer mix?

As audiosuite renders a new file in place of the old one, there should be no delay. Latency occurs when the system takes time to process streaming audio.

while it does eliminate the need to compensate for latency, it makes your ability to tweak/adjust the plug on the track casue it is written to the track. You can of, course undo, or recall the raw track, but it is much easier to reach for the plug and tweak as needed.

This makes complete sense to me. I think it has nothing to do with latency tho, but it does have ALOT to do with CPU processing.
audiosuite your tracks after you tweaked them, then turn off the plugin.

There are no differences (inherently) in the processing of audio between AS and RTAS. That is to say, if the RTAS plugin induces latency, the AS will as well. However, if the particular AS version of the plugin performs 'look ahead' (as some compressors do) there will be no need for the plugin to induce latency.

The only reason why an RTAS plugin would induce latency is if it did it intentionaly. Both EQ's and Compressors (or any other non-linear non-waveshaping type plugins) need a few samples to be able perform the formuli that make them work. EQ's typically (and fundamentally) need 2-3 samples and compressors sometimes more for proper processing. Some plugins implement these formuli without inducing latency, but technically aren't doing it 'correctly'. However, if it sounds good, it doesn't matter!

as far as i know as doesn't adds latency, you can prove this clicking on the selected track to see if adds latency...that was the way that i reduce latency on some tracks and on others use time adjuster or just nudge them

The only time audiosuite will relay delay your region is if you do a drastic pitch-down of an audio file. Then you can just elastic it back in place. But other than that, it's no latency!
