Very Strange Situation, Please Help!!!!

There are so many variables to the issues that I've having that I don't know where to start. First here is my setup:mac mini intel core duo 1.83, 2 gigs ram, 10.4.10 (did the prebinding pace script already and cleared prefs) Itunes 7.3.2, quicktime 7.2, Digi 002r, motu 8 pre, 2 ministack external hard drives. So, just recently I have started having some real issues with pro tools 7.1. I keep getting the buffer error and cant communicate with 002 error. I've been mixing on the same files that have been giving me problems for months and I've never had any issues until the last couple of weeks. Anything I try to run in protools bogs down my processor. I bought the computer back in november last year and it has been nothing but spectacular until the last couple of weeks. The only thing that I know could be the problem is the 10.4.10 update. I know that it isn't recommended to use the 10.4.10 update but my girlfriend updated by accident. Anyway, this problem is causing me a lot of headaches. Is there anything I can do to go back to 10.4.9? I've looked on apple's website but I can't seem to find a solution. Does anyone need more info or have any suggestions? Thanks, Dave

Hey Dave,,, did you do a combo update? It will update your plugins.. you may have a plugin that is not up to date which can be very frustrating... make sure you're trashing your prefs. best of luck ,tim
