Hello again.

I am interested to see in a few days if the same problem arise than at last subscription renewal. After redepositing I have had two (!) subscriptions in ilok. One for expiration date 1.11.2016 and another for 2.11.2016. The first one changed to 6.11.2016 and the other is red. On ilok.com account shows up only the original 1.11. and 2.11. expiration dates.

I suppose that within a couple of days they charge my credit for the next month. If everything goes (as I am afraid of) like last month, PT stops working on the 7th day of November and I need to start another support case... which hopefully leads to another redeposition after lost days (but Avid thinks I have pay for everyone of them). And again on the 7th of December the same problem again, on the 7th January ...

I wish I were wrong but ... something still wrong and symptoms are bad. In addition, my Avid Application Manager has stated for last weeks "None of your installed products can be licensed via Application Manager". Originally I downloaded the 12.6.0 directly from my avid account and installed from there. Afterwards I have also run "repair" installation from application manager. No change, still the same message "None of your installed products can be licensed via Application Manager and Application manager persists that I should Install 12.6.0.

Everything by the moment fine and PT still working towards the end of this month's period, but the doom day on the 7th Nov is near ... let's see...

Same thing happening here with annual HD plan. Unbelievable that this system is that broken.

I am happy to tell you that renewal went fine this time. Business as usual. Only Avid Application Manager is out of sync, but doesn't really matter.
