Do you have the proper drivers installed for your interface (even though it's a non-HD interface and HD software)? If you do hold down the 'n' key on your computer keyboard as PT starts and you should be given the ability to pick your audio interface.

Given my personal experience with ASIO4ALL, I would uninstall it unless you need it for some other interface. The Mbox has working drivers

What about if you hold down the 'n' key on the computer keyboard as PT starts? That should enable you to select your interface.
