Disable Keyboard Shortcuts
Is there any way to disable specific PT shortcuts? There are a couple I hit by accident while editing quickly that mess me up. I would take any possible suggestions. Unless its already an added feature from Avid, which would be a great surprise. Thanks!

Which shortcuts? You can toggle the Keyboard Focus to turn off shortcuts when editing.

There are a few but in general, is it possible to turn off pro tools keyboard shortcuts? (ie pre and post roll) I know how to disable mac os shortcuts. That wont help me. thanks

The A-Z button in the Edit Window. It disables all shortcuts, not specific ones.

Aware of that too. My problems aren't solved with that. I assume avid will not let users disable key commands? Others do. Figured I'd try.

The a-z button disables the keyboard focus command shortcuts which are typically single key shortcuts. From here most all your shortcuts require a modifier key such as shift, control, alt.
No you can't turn off (or change) individual shortcuts.
