\"increase buffer size errors\" never problem before
HI all, I've been getting more and more "increase buffer size" errors, even when CPU and disk load is very low and buffer at 1024 (CPU usage at 85%). This problem has never happened before on these same sessions, and has gradually increased over the last month or so until now it's almost unworkable. I've also been getting "lost communication with 002" messages quite frequently, where I have to quit pro tools, and then reboot the 002r.
I've read the power harness posts and none really seem to fit my situation. I maintain my system very well- permissions, user and system cache, maintenance scripts, etc. Powerbook 1.33 g4, 1.25 gig RAM, OWC FW drives. Any thoughts? I feel like the 002r may be responsible as it's dropping communication. Thanks |
