from PT2018.7 to 2021.?

Yes, I am still on PT Ultimate 2018.7

I want to install a more recent version, which one do you recommend:

2021.3; 2021.6; 2021.7, 2021.10; 2021.12

I hope my old machine can handle the newer versions.
