ProTools HD2 on G5 together with FCP/Blackmagic?

Hi all,
I'm new to this forum. We are in the process of configuring a HD2 protools system.
We do have a G5/2GHz with FCP, Atto UL4D and Decklink Extreme installed.
Has anybody experience with that combo? Can I take this machine
or do I need an extra G5? It would be in the same room anyway.
