Default what is the going rate for used accell pcie?

Hadn't seen too many on ebay.

Had to downsize last year when converting my 2 HD systems over from pci - pcie (took both down from HD3 Accell to HD2 Accell pcie)

Tired of playing the dsp maxed out game LOL

I just downsized two HD3 systems to HD2 as well. But I now run all of my plugins as rtas, except for the following scenarios:

- tracking sessions, where I want the plugins active on record-enabled tracks
- aux and master fader channels, to avoid wasting voices
- tdm-only plugins, like Phoenix

With my new 2009 Mac Pro machines, I feel like I have endless power for plugins, more than I would ever need. HD3 can't hold a candle to it. HD7 can't hold a candle to it.

The only issue is opening up older sessions, that exceed the tdm power that I now have. So I convert them to rtas, and they then run better than they ever did before.

I had considered going HD1, but the tracking scenario needed more than that. If I were in your shoes (and I am), I'd just run rtas and be done with it.
