Transferring PT9 to another computer
I am about to crossgrade to PT9 from LE8 for a cool €250 (which is great because recently I almost bought DigiTranslator for pretty much the same price - nice!)
Question is, if I install PT9 on my current MacbookPro, what happens when I need to replace my computer? Can I install PT9 on my new computer when the time comes? If not I may wait until I have the money to upgrade comp before crossgrading. Thanks. |

Re: Transferring PT9 to another computer
You can install PT9 on whatever you computer you want, whenever you want. The software is now authorized via a license placed on the iLok. When your new computer shows up, install PT9 and just move your iLok to a USB port on the new computer. It's that easy.
