Ilok licence manager very slow and removes licences
Hi,
I keep getting the same issue whenever I open the licence manager. It takes ages!! 10-15 minutes of the ilok spinning blue circle with operation in progress, whilst nothing happens and I can't login. Then I login and again 10-15 minutes of spinning blue circle. Any redeeming of licences again takes ages. Then when it's all finally finished I find 5-6 of my licences no longer work The only fix is to uninstall and reinstall the licence manager, then launch the licence manager and wait till it logs in then my licences are back working again. Chris, I just used the ILM a short time ago without problem. My first suspicion is that your network is possibly interfering with the ILM connecting to the iLok server. If another machine connects ok, them i would say its time to reformat and reinstall.
