Just bought a new Mac and want to transfer Pro Tools 10 from my old PC.
My activation number says it can only be used once any thoughts?

I'm pretty sure the one activation is for your ilok. Then install/reinstall is not limited. I have intentionally wiped my drive and reinstalled a few times over the years. I doubt this has changed with PT10.

The activation number was only needed for the initial registration.

Now the license is on your Ilok. You can install it on a million computers if you want, PC or Mac. You just plug the Ilok into whichever one you're using.

I recommend that you reinstall it from scratch, rather than trying to actually transfer it. I don't think that would work anyway, going from PC to Mac.
