Scrolling Stuttery and Jittery
I have noticed in PT7 that the Scrolling bar is not anywhere near as smooth as in 6.9. To the point of being very distracting. It also appears to suffer from latency.
Anybody else notice this?

Bump:
I tried all of the troubleshooting tricks in the book and the scrolling in PT is still very stuttery. Not smooth at all. Anybody else with this problem? Everything else seems fine.
