Default Scrolling Stuttery and Jittery

I have noticed in PT7 that the Scrolling bar is not anywhere near as smooth as in 6.9. To the point of being very distracting. It also appears to suffer from latency.

Anybody else notice this?

Bump:

I tried all of the troubleshooting tricks in the book and the scrolling in PT is still very stuttery. Not smooth at all.

Anybody else with this problem?

Everything else seems fine.

dubaifox, other than the stuttery scrolling bar, how is the overall feel of LE. Curser movement, window movement, the usual thing?

I should specify that it is the playback scroll bar that....that....st..st..st stutters, not the scroll wheel function (up and down).

A little unclear, I was.
