Hey CW, you really need to start your own thread. Camping onto some else's just adds to the confusion because the answeres are likely to be VERY different for each of you.

Re: Bounce Display Freezing in Protools LE 8.03/8.04 Win 7 x64
Besides the Sandra report, I was hoping you would read the Help Us Help You thread and provide ALL the information asked for, in detail - like which hardware you using, which troubleshooting steps you've tried, etc.
That thread is there for a reason - supplying only bits and pieces of the info we need means more back and forth and makes it more difficult to troubleshoot properly. If you're using a firewire interface, it appear that neither of you have a compatible TI chipset for the firewire controller, which may be a cause of this problem. Things like knowing which drive you're bouncing to, if you've tried with a different drive, etc. also help. Jnokia - in your case, I'm wondering if RAM may be at fault since you have mis-matched pairs. Have you tried pulling 2 sticks and testing again? |

"Done it twice already with no replies. Seems to me the more info you have on an issue the better which is why I posted my specs."
ABSOLUTELY true. But you need to post it on your own thread still. |
