Hi,
I just went through my iLok assets list. I own 3 Pro Tools licenses : And when I updated ONE PT to version 11, now I have TWO Pro Tools licences. I had : Pro Tools HD 9+10 bundle (still o.k.) Pro Tools 9+10 bundle (this one is the one I paid to update) Pro Tools 8 - got eaten up during the license surrender!!! Eventually I wanted to have my 2 non HD licenses upgraded. But, cannot do this since the 8 got eaten by the process. This is, suffice to say, tantamount to stealing your customers. I will initiate a "support ticket"... I do hope I get the license back. That, or my money back. Used Mac OS 10.6.8, and the latest iLok version to do the exchange. Bought the license update from Sweetwater.com. Cheers |

Hi. I got same problem.
I've Pro Tools HD 9 Bundle (so there is also Pro Tools 9 license). I've buy right now Pro Tools 11 from PT9 upgrade, but when trying to insert iLok username in order to get license and download the software it says me "There are no qualifying upgrade products on this iLok account. Please try another iLok account.". I've a 2nd gen iLok... why this? Please solve the issue or get my money back. |

They answered me to call a pay number to receive further assistance. I don't want and can't call pay number..i am from Italy and that will cost me an abyss. How can i do to obtain refund? Or a way to get assistance here or without call a pay number ?

Hello,
I have a pro tools hd9 license on my ilok account, as an avid Guy told me that i CAN upgrade to PT hd11, i have bought the upgrade, i have registered it and then i've received it on my ilok account. When i'm trying to surrender the PT hd9 license i have an error message " no license..." When i show details PT hd11 bundle (4) ask to surrender PT hd9 bundle, but i "only" have PT hd9 not Any bundle... Could you help me, the ilok id is Nico.Garcia and the ilok support don't work on my computer Thanks in advance |
