anyone know anything about superglide?

I think it's some sort of granular synth program that takes a sound and produces a series of random events, which inturn produce more random events or something like that. Autechre may have written it, but I'm not too sure. Don't know much more about it except that it does exist.

not to get too off topic, but have you guys ever heard of Pluggo?
My neighbor - who uses a Mac - just showed me what it's about. Unfortunately it's a VST Mac-only thing for now, although the PC version is due out in february. For $74, he got something like 68 diferent plugins, from delays to filters to granular synthesis to LFO shapers...it's insane.
I've never seen such sound manipulating potential in a program. He temporarily went back to Logic just so he can use these Pluggo plugins.

What s Superglide? Never heard of it.
