Audio but no video using the AJA IO XT

Hello, not having much luck finding info on this via google. I am trying to get Pro Tools showing the video track on my TV via the AJA IO XT but only audio is coming through with bars & tones as the (default) visual. It works fine with premiere. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
