Default Catalogs file import from PT10

Hi,
anybody can help me on this:
I would like to use my SFX catalogs files I created in PT10HD now in PT11HD.
Did not find a way to import them and I do NOT want to rebuild them new in PT11.

As a side problem: I do have PT11 native on my laptop. In workspace one can create Catalogs but how to remove them? There is no menu like in HD version.

In PT10 (on a Mac) the Catalogs where located in Library/Avid/Pro Tools/Database. Where does PT11 store them?

any help appreciated
Walter
