Default MIDI in tracks and not a region

Hello,

I am working on some MIDI projects and am having an issue that I know there is a simple solution to. I know I am missing something simple here.

I have some MIDI tracks in my project that are not in a "region" (meaning that I can't move it with the hand tool) while some of the MIDI information is in a "region" that I can move around or track to track. It is embedded in the track and does not function like a region.

I need to get this information into a region so that I can move it around and put it on other tracks.

What is the best way to get this to act in this regional way?

Thanks.
