Default Track inside muted routing folder still gets bus signal

I am coming to Pro Tools from Logic.
I have two Lead Vox mono tracks going into a stereo routing folder.
One of the Vox tracks is sent to a stereo delay bus.
The tracks are muted to the folder, and the folder and bus are sent to the master output.
When I mute the routing folder, I still get a faint signal from the track sent to the Delay.
It’s a faint signal, even with the Master Fader at zero.
To remove the faint signal, I have to mute the Vox track inside the already muted folder or mute the Delay bus.
If I route the bus to the Vox router folder, the muting behaves correctly, but that is not a solution in case I want to write a different instrument to the same Delay bus. In Logic, both the buses and folders go to the master output.
Additionally, if I put the send on the routing folder, it behaves correctly, but I only want the delay on one of the tracks inside the folder.
This is maddening as I am recreating some of a mix I did in Logic where this behavior is not happening with the same routing.
I must be missing something, but I can’t figure it out.
Hope this is explained clearly. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
