Xpand! Plugins Not Loading

Hey!

I'm new to this forum. I recently upgraded to ProTools 'Studio.' I downloaded and installed the Xpand! II plugins from my Avid account page, under "Downloads," BUT when I launch ProTools I get this error message... “The following plug-ins were made inactive because they are either missing from the Plug-Ins folder or are not a universal binary and require Pro Tools to be oppened with Rosetta.” Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

First thing, you posted in the wrong section of the DUC so hopefully a moderator will move this to the correct section (this is the section for Pro Tools First)

On to the issue, have you opened Pro Tools under Rosetta? The message would seem to suggest that as the solution.

Next, did you install to the default location? If not, install it again and don't change the install destination.

Still not working? Include complete details on your setup(when I say "complete", its not possible to include too much info)
