How in the world did you get it fixed Yaren? I'm trying to look for my download for 12.3 or 12.4 but it is not there!! Really need the "Commit" and "Freeze Track" function.

Admin, please fix my account! Or someone please contact me with instructions on how to proceed

Same here - I can only download 12.1, but my 4 years of updates doesn't end until 6/23/2016. I can't ask for support on the Avid site because I don't have a System ID or a Contract Number.

I'm surprised that in 8 pages / 6 weeks of this thread, Avid hasn't told us what the procedure is to remedy this problem. I guess the procedure is to beg for help here?

Help!

-Michael

Bump.

Have a new PC. Really want to start working on a new project and would like to install 12.4, not 12.1 only to have to install soon 12.4 later.

Right, I am having the same issue and I fixed it by using the Application Manager.
It will download PT 12.4 and install it.
I also made a copy of the installer by going to the Application Manager download folder

Refer to this post to find the download locations.

Thanks APM!

I downloaded Application Manager by Downloading PT12.1 and running
Pro_Tools_12.1_Win\Pro Tools\PT\ISSetupPrerequisites\Avid Application Manager\AvidApplicationManagerSetup.exe

That installed Application Manager, which launched and upgraded itself to version 2.5.1.115 (presumably the latest version).

When Application Manager 2.5.1.115 launched, it asked for my Avid account email and password, which I supplied. It has now been stuck on "Authentication..." with a spinning circle for the last 15 minutes...

Finally got Application Manager to connect, only to have it say:
You do not own any products under this account yet.
Followed helpfully by:
Please visit the Avid Store to buy a new one.
Not bloody likely!

Avid, little help please?
