Default Reamping while using Time Adjuster? Anyone?

Hello,

I am trying to reamp out of my 003 system through a Radial JD-7 and then record the amp thereby replacing the sound.

The issue I am having is that the tracks, by the time they are recorded, seems a bit late. I have the latency set down to 32 or the maximum 128, but still there is a bit of a delay. Things just sound out of sync a bit.

Is there some way I can use Time Adjuster to offset this latency and if so, I can I find out how many samples my recorded track is off from my dry, direct signal?

It seems like it would be an easy thing, but finding out the specific number to fix escapes me.

Can anyone help on this?

Thanks!

Until you go with PT9, you best option is to record your re-amped sound to a new audio track and nudge it into alignment. It will be the fastest route here.
