PTLE 8.01 constantly asks for registration...

I got a new MacBook 17" with OSX Snow Leopard and installed a fresh version of PTLE 8.01 - this was made at the dealership and he registered it (got the copy of it on the screen) - now all the time I get asked to register my copy BUT when I click on it, up comes a screen that says I am already registered on net. How can I get rid of this irritating questions?

Everything seems to work, it's just very, very annoying...

I'm getting this too. Often, I'll click on the online registration, get the thank you message, only to have the window open right back up again. This thing comes up 10-15 times a day now. Does anyone know if there's a fix for this?

I have had this issue with other software. I that case it was due to not being logged in as an administrator on my mac when I installed the software. Once I re-installed as an administrator, I repaired permissions on my HD and it was fixed. If you are not logged in as an administrator when you install software, your mac will not allow you to create the folder on the HD that stores your registration information, hence you have to keep typing it in. I hope this helps.

I have the same exact problem and I have selected the option that says I am registered as well as the other options- it clears the box but within a few moments another pops up. I have tried every option even resorting to checking the remind me in 14 days option- but it continues to popup several times a day.
