Default 002 with dual monitors?

Looking at the screenshots of the 002 I see it has buttons to access the edit and mix windows. How will this work with dual monitors?

I am so used to 2 mons, and now with swaphappy's amazing app I certainly wouldn't go back to one. Since the Sampletank RTAS release, and in anticipation of more such instrument plug-ins, I'm seriously considering moving from the 001 to the 002 and never using anything but PT (dumping SX except for special heavily midi type things). However the dual monitor support could be an issue.

Anyone have any thoughts or info?

Why would it not? Your taking a piece of hardware that has nothing to do with your computer except that it interfaces with a program and saying it cannot use dual monitors just because the digi 002 doesn't have a direct link button, come on use some common sense.

I beg your pardon, why don't you read my post properly?

I asked how it would work not whether. Of course dual monitors will be operational. But what happens if you've got the edit window open on the left, and the mixer on the right: What function will the edit or mix window button on the 002 then perform.

It was a simple question.
Get it?

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">Then it will basically do nothing. You already have the windows open.

No I just hate stupidity. I see it time and time again on this message board. I mean you guys think this Hellada guy is a genious just cause he can look up parts and reviews for good parts for compute and put them together. I have been doing this for years, not to hard.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">Yes, that may be so, but I don't see YOU taking the time to personally help dozens and dozens of people around here with their computer purchases, assembly and configuration. Allen has been more than gracious, and I myself (and many, many others here) are thankful for his willingness to assist.

Allen isn't just grabbing parts and prices and tossing them up. He knows what works, helps people with individual problems and questions, has a great sense of humor and is pretty much always a polite gentleman.

So maybe before you toss stones at one of the most respected people around here you ought to consider becoming helpful first... stress or no stress.

Just some food for thought...
