Default Plugins don't work after Hardware Insert

Just discovered this issue. On an Aux Track with a hardware insert, if a plugin is inserted after it the signal will be as if it was from the point of the hardware insert. Plugin will receive signal on meters and will click when bypassed, but has no processing effect on the audio. This behavior happens with both Avid and third party plugins.

Anyone else experience this?

Hmmm, not sure, but what hardware are you using on the insert? Maybe there is a better way or a work around so you can achieve the desired result

I just tested it with Waves H-Delay inserted after a hardware Bricasti M7 and it is processing the reverb signal with delay. I set it to a chorus with wide left to right, so I could tell that it was definitely after the reverb. I then moved it before the Bricasti hardware insert and the expected behavior of a chorus running into a reverb was acheived. I hope I understood your question properly. But, it is working on my PT Ultimate HDX system.
